My photography it is a critical view of some elements of abstract and realism in nature; objects, plants, flowers, sculptures. For these photos, I was inspired by certain elements such as light, shadows and abstractionism which I experimented with a pinhole camera. Some have said that my pictures possess some of the elements of New England beauty scenes and landscapes. I use diverse color filters on my camera lens to create various light effects. Passion always informs my work, exposing darkness rimmed with lights and shadows. My background experience with drawing has driven my photos in an artistic way by using shapes, forms and depth of field and it leads me to explore angles, space, and perspective by playing with light.
